Questions

Market Research & Feasibility Studies — FAQs

What is a DCF valuation in real estate?

Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) valuation projects the future income and costs of a property or project and discounts them to a present value at a rate that reflects risk. It is used for income-producing assets and development projects where value depends on future cash flows.
